User Preferences: Calculation parameters such as down payment percentages, interest rates, rehab cost estimates, and other investment assumptions you configure
Saved Analyses: Property calculations you choose to save for future reference
Property Data: When you use QuickROI on a property listing page, we temporarily access publicly visible property information (address, price, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms) to perform calculations
Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics such as number of calculations performed and which real estate websites you use the extension on

Perform real estate investment calculations (ARV, ROI, cap rate, rental estimates)
Save your preferences and calculation parameters for convenience

Storage: To save your preferences and calculation parameters
ActiveTab: To read property data from the current listing page
Scripting: To inject the calculator interface into property listing pages
ContextMenus: To provide right-click shortcut access
Host Permissions (zillow.com, realtor.com, redfin.com): To access property data on these specific real estate websites only
We do not:
Sell your personal information to third parties
Share your data with advertisers
Track your browsing activity outside of supported real estate websites
Access any data from websites other than Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin
You have the right to:
Access and review any data stored by the extension
Delete your saved preferences and analyses at any time
Uninstall the extension, which removes all locally stored data

QuickROI is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
