QuickReply AI is a Chrome extension that helps users draft LinkedIn comments using AI.
What we collect: QuickReply AI does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our own servers. The extension reads the text of the LinkedIn post the user is currently viewing, solely to generate a comment suggestion.
How it's used: Post text is sent directly from the user's browser to OpenAI's API, using the user's own OpenAI API key, to generate a suggested comment. This data is not stored by us and is not shared with any third party other than OpenAI, solely for the purpose of generating the comment.
Data storage: The user's OpenAI API key and preferences (tone, length, style settings) are stored locally in the user's own browser using Chrome's storage API. This data never leaves the user's device except when sent directly to OpenAI as described above.
Data we do not collect: We do not collect names, emails, health data, financial data, location, browsing history, or any personal communications.
