• Location information when you choose to share your current location for delivery

2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to:
• Create and manage your QuickKart account
• Process and deliver your orders
• Verify whether delivery is available at your location
• Share necessary delivery information with the assigned delivery partner
• Provide order status and delivery updates
• Manage payments, refunds and billing where applicable
• Provide customer support
• Maintain wishlist, saved addresses and other account features

3. Location Information
QuickKart may require location information for delivery-related purposes. Customers may be required to manually share their current location when placing an order so that the delivery location can be provided to QuickKart administrators and the assigned delivery partner.
We use location information only for legitimate delivery, service-area, operational and security purposes.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared only when necessary to operate QuickKart, including with:
• Assigned delivery partners for completing deliveries
• Service providers that help operate the app and its backend services
• Payment service providers when online payments are enabled or used
• Government or legal authorities when required by applicable law
Delivery partners receive only the information reasonably necessary to complete assigned deliveries.
5. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Account Deletion
QuickKart provides customers with an option to request/delete their account through the application.
When an account is deleted, personal account information such as the active profile, saved addresses, wishlist, coins and similar account data may be deleted or deactivated as appropriate.
Certain records, including order, transaction, refund, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute-related records, may be retained where necessary for legitimate business purposes or to comply with applicable laws.
A reason for account deletion may be retained as part of QuickKart's account-deletion and audit records.
If a customer later creates a new account using the same mobile number, QuickKart may treat it as a new account and may not restore previously deleted profile information, saved addresses, wishlist or coins. Required historical order or transaction records may continue to be retained where applicable.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide QuickKart services, meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce our agreements.
8. Children's Privacy
QuickKart is not intended to independently provide services to children below the minimum age required to enter into transactions under applicable law. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, features or legal requirements change. Any updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
