QuickFormat is an image format converter app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and how user privacy is protected.
QuickFormat does not collect, upload, sell, rent, or share personal information.
The app does not require an account, does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or any other personal profile information.
QuickFormat lets users choose an image from their device and convert it into another image format such as JPG, PNG, GIF, or BMP.
Local Processing: Selected images are processed locally on the user's device. Images are not uploaded to any server by QuickFormat.
No Third-Party Sharing: Images are not sent to the developer or to any third party by QuickFormat.
User Control: Converted images are saved to the device gallery only when the user taps the Save to Gallery button.
QuickFormat may request access needed to select images from the device and save converted images back to the gallery. Gallery access is used only for these app features:
Selecting an image chosen by the user.
Saving the converted image when the user requests it.
QuickFormat does not scan the user's gallery in the background and does not access photos without explicit user action.
Note for older Android versions: Storage permission may be used only to save converted images to the gallery. On newer Android versions, the app uses platform-supported gallery/photo access behavior where available.
QuickFormat may store simple app preferences on the user's device, such as whether the onboarding screen has already been completed. This data stays on the device and is not sent to the developer.
Users can remove local app data by clearing the app data from device settings or by uninstalling the app.
QuickFormat does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or social login services.
The app uses standard Flutter and image-processing libraries to provide app functionality. These libraries are used inside the app strictly to pick images, convert images, and save converted output.
QuickFormat does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app does not collect personal information from any user, no children's personal data is collected by QuickFormat.
QuickFormat does not share user images or personal information with third parties.
Because image conversion happens locally on the device and QuickFormat does not upload images to a server, user files remain under the user's control. Users should still protect their own device with appropriate device security settings.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the app's privacy policy page.
