At QuickFix Electronics we strive to provide the highest quality repairs and products to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with our products or services, we are here to help. Please view our refund policy below:
Eligibility for Refunds.
Service Dissatisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with the repair service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your repaired device.
We will first attempt to resolve the issue through re-service. If the issue persists for up to 7 days after you may be eligible for a refund.
Unrepairable Devices:
If our technicians determine that your device cannot be repaired after diagnostic testing, you will be notified, and a refund would be issued for the repair service, minus any diagnostic fees.
Incorrect Repairs:
If a repair was performed incorrectly or the issue was not resolved ass agreed, please bring it to our attention within 48 hours. We will re-evaluate and, if necessary, re-perform the repairs or issue a refund.
Faulty/Defective Products:
If your product is defective upon purchase or malfunctions under normal use of that product within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, replacement or store credit. Any claims after 7 days would only be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
Non-Refundable Services
Diagnostic Fees:
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of the time and resources used to assess your device(s).
Parts and Materials:
The costs for parts and materials used in the repair process is non-refundable unless the part was defective.
Installation Fees:
Installation fees are non-refundable unless the part was installed incorrectly.
Completed Repairs:
Repairs the have been completed as agreed and are functioning correctly are non-refundable.
How To Request a Refund

Provide Details:
Please include your receipt, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.
Assessment:
Our team will assess your request and determine eligibility for refund or re-service. You would also be required to return the previously serviced device or purchased product for assessment.
Refund Process
Approval:
Once your refund request is approved, we would process the refund within 3-5 days.
Method of Refund:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
Warranty
Our warranty policy ensures that our customers receive reliable support and coverage for their repaired devices and purchased products.
Warranty Coverage
Repairs:
All repair services done by QuickFix Electronics, with the use of parts purchased from us, comes with a 7-day warranty on parts and labour.
This warranty covers any defects in parts used or issues related to the repair service provided.
All repair services done by QuickFix Electronics, with the use of parts provided by you the customer carries no warrantees.
All software related repairs carries no warrantees.
New Products:
New electronic products (Excluding cellphone, cables, laptops, tablets, and TVs) sold by QuickFix Electronics come with a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal use.
New cellphones and tablets sold by QuickFix Electronics come with a 60-day warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal use.
New laptops sold by QuickFix Electronics come with a 90-day warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal use.
New TVs sold by QuickFix Electronics come with a 180-day warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal use.
Cables and all other products are sold as is and do not carry any warranty. These products should be tested by you the customer at time of purchase.
Refurbished Products:
All refurbished electronic products (excluding laptops and TVs) sold by QuickFix Electronics come with a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship.
Refurbished laptops sold by QuickFix Electronics come with a 60-day warranty. This warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship.
Refurbished TVs sold by QuickFix Electronics come with a 90 day warranty. This warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase (receipt or other form QuickFix Electronics finds acceptable) is required for all warranty claims.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Misuse, abuse, or neglect
Accidental damage (drops, spills, etc)
Repairs done by you the customer or any 3rd party individual or business.
Natural wear and tear
Software issues or data loss.
Consumable parts such as batteries
Warranty Claim Process:
Contact us, using our information in the contact section below, to initiate a warranty claim.
Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, as well as any relevant photos or videos.
Return the product to QuickFix Electronics for assessment. Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.
Repair or Replacement:
Upon receiving the returned product, out technicians will inspect and diagnose the issue.
If the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair the product at no additional cost. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an equivalent product. If a replacement is not available, store credit equaling the amount of the original purchase will be issued.
In case of replacement, the warranty period continues from the original purchase date.
Turnaround Time:
We strive to process warranty claims as quickly as possible. Most repairs or replacements are done within 7-10 days. Some claims may take longer to be resolved/completed.
Limitations and Liability
QuickFix Electronics' liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
QuickFix Electronics is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, expenses, or loss arising from the use of the product or service.
This warranty gives you the customer specific legal rights.
Any repairs, modifications, or tampering with the product done by you the customer or any 3rd party individual or business will void the warranty and release QuickFix Electronics from any liability.
QuickFix Electronics is not liable for any claims made after the expiration of the warranty period.
By purchasing products or services from QuickFix Electronics, you the customer, agree to all warranty and refund policies, terms, and conditions. You also agree to perform all care and maintenance of your products or devices after purchase from or repair by QuickFix Electronics. You the customer also responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding devices being repaired.
Lowest Price Guarantee
At QuickFix Electronics we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible prices on electronic repairs, services, and products. We understand that affordability is a key factor when choosing products and services, and we want to ensure you receive the best value for your money. That's why we offer a Lowest Price Guarantee.
Eligibility
Competitors:
The competitor must be an established local electronics service or product provider with a physical location or dedicated social media page that is used for advertising or promoting their business.
Comparable Services and Products:
The services and products must be identical, including the same type of repair or parts.
Proof of Price:
To qualify for a lower price, you must provide a written estimate or publicly advertised price from a competitor. The estimate must be dated at least 30 days prior to the date of the lowest price request. And advertised prices must be current.
How to Request a Lower Price
Submit Proof:
Send us the competitor's written estimate or advertisement to our email, Facebook, Instagram, 0r Whatsapp. You can also provide the written estimate or advertisement to us in person as well.
Verification:
Our team will verify the competitor's price and service/product details
Lower Price Approval:
Once verified, we would proceed with your repair or sale of our product to you at a lower price.
Terms and Conditions
Lower Price request must be made before repairs are completed or at/before purchasing of products
The competitor's price must be available to the general public and not subject to any special memberships, loyalty programs, or special offers
The Lower Price Guarantee does not apply to online competitors, clearance sales, special orders, or typographical errors.
The Lower Price Guarantee cannot be combined with any other QuickFix Electronics promotions, discounts, or offers.
Services or products offered during special promotions, holiday sales, or limited time sales are excluded.
