The lens does exactly what I wanted, and for 250 USD, it's a great buy - IF you like the FE 28mm itself, and want something to go wider on the cheap. I would not recommend buying the converter and prime for someone looking only for 21mm - you'd be wasting away a great prime, plus overpaying for a decent UWA lens. The combo is also relatively large, much larger than many legacy primes. For my personal needs though, I'm quite happy - I get the prime I really wanted, which is the FE 28mm, plus an adapter for when I want to go wider, that has good performance stopped down.
