QuickCode (hereinafter referred to as “the App” or “we”) values and respects users’ privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy is intended to clearly explain how we handle information when you use the App, as well as the rights you are entitled to.

- No Registration Required: You can use the core features without creating an account or providing personal information such as name, email address, or phone number.

- Local Processing: The creation, scanning, copying, and sharing of QR codes and barcodes are all processed locally on your device.

- Device Permissions: To enable scanning features, the App may request camera permission. This is used solely for real-time scanning and does not store or upload captured images.

2. Use of Information

During usage, the data generated within the App will only be used for the following purposes:

- Feature Enablement: For generating QR codes, recognizing barcodes, copying content, or sharing information.

- Local Storage: Created or scanned codes are stored on your device for convenient viewing and management.

- Performance Improvement: In future versions, we may collect basic error logs or performance data in an anonymous manner to optimize the user experience.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

- The App does not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

- We may disclose limited information only when required by law or to comply with legal obligations.

- Apart from the above circumstances, all your data remains stored solely on your device.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to ensure that data stored locally on your device is not accessed or disclosed without authorization. You may delete the App or clear its data at any time to remove all related content.

5. User Rights

You have the following rights:

- Access and Management: View and manage codes saved within the App.

- Deletion: Delete any created or scanned records at any time.

- Discontinue Use: Once the App is uninstalled, all related data will be removed.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not designed for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such data being collected, it will be deleted promptly.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy if there are changes to features or legal requirements. The updated policy will be released with the new version of the App and will be effective as of the latest date indicated.
