Privacy Policy:
Effective Date: July 6, 2026
Quellora Ledger is provided by the app developer for personal finance organization. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled by the app, how it is used, and the choices available to users.
Information You Provide:
The app lets users enter financial records such as transaction type, amount, category, note, date, budget limit, bill name, bill amount, due date, billing cycle, payment status, and app preferences such as currency selection. This information is used only to provide the app's ledger, budget, bill, and analytics features.
Storage and Processing:
User-entered records and preferences are stored in the app's local database on the user's device. The app does not require account registration and does not upload user-entered financial records to the developer's server.
Network Permission:
The app may include the Android Internet permission for platform compatibility, store compliance, diagnostics, or future service support. The current app experience does not require users to create an account or submit financial records to a remote service.
Data Sharing:
The developer does not sell, rent, or trade user-entered financial records. The app does not share transaction, budget, or bill data with advertisers, data brokers, lenders, or investment providers.
Third-Party Services:
The app is built with standard mobile development frameworks and may rely on operating system services to run correctly. If future versions add optional third-party services, this policy will be updated to describe the service, purpose, and user choices.
Data Retention and Deletion:
Records remain available until the user edits or deletes them, uninstalls the app, clears app storage, or uses the in-app Clear All Data feature. Clear All Data removes transactions, budgets, and bills from the device database.
Children's Privacy:
The app is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided information through the app, they may contact the developer for assistance.
Security:
The developer uses reasonable design practices to limit unnecessary data handling. Users should protect their device with a passcode, biometric lock, or other security controls because app data may be accessible to anyone with access to the device.
User Choices:
Users can add, edit, or delete their own records inside the app. Users can also remove app data through device settings or by uninstalling the app.
Changes to This Policy:
This Privacy Policy may be updated when app features, legal requirements, or store requirements change. Updates will be reflected by changing the effective date.
