# Quantum AI Privacy Policy

## 1. Information We Collect
**Personal Information**
Quantum AI operates without registration. Rather than collecting names or emails, the app uses a device-generated unique identifier to sync your data across sessions.
**Goal and Progress Data**
The application captures: goal titles, descriptions, categories, icons, and deadlines; milestone titles, XP rewards, and completion status; user statistics including XP totals, levels, and streak data; achievement unlock information; and optional usernames for leaderboards.
**Device Information**
Automatically collected data includes device identifiers, model, operating system version, app version, and usage statistics.
## 2. Data Usage
Information serves to provide goal tracking, calculate progression metrics, track achievements, display leaderboards, sync data via Firebase, analyze usage patterns, and address technical problems.
## 3. Data Storage and Security
Data resides in Google Firebase services, specifically Cloud Firestore for goals and statistics, with encryption of data in transit and at rest. Security measures include regular assessments, access controls, and secure API communications.
## 4. Leaderboard and Public Data
Usernames and XP/level appear publicly if you participate in leaderboards. Individual goals and milestones remain private. Users may remain anonymous by not providing a username.
## 5. Data Sharing
The company does not sell information. Sharing occurs with Firebase (Google) for services, when legally required, or during business transfers.
## 6. User Rights
Users may access, delete, modify, and request exports of their data within the app. Data may remain in our backup systems for up to 90 days before permanent deletion after removal.
## 7. Children's Privacy
Quantum AI is not for users under 13, and the company does not knowingly collect from minors.
## 8. Third-Party Services
Firebase (Google) handles data storage and analytics.
## 9. International Data Transfers
Information may transfer internationally. Users consent to such transfers by using the application.
## 10. Policy Changes
Updates appear in-app with revised "Last Updated" dates. Continued use indicates acceptance.
## 11. Android Permissions
The app requests Internet access for Firebase synchronization and Network State permissions for connectivity checks.
