Glupak Development ("we", "us", "our") operates the Quantum Quest AI mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
## 1. Information We Collect
**No Account, No Personal Identifiers**
Quantum Quest AI does not require registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other traditional identifier. Instead, the App generates a random, anonymous device-based identifier (UUID) on first launch and uses it to sync your data across sessions on the same device install.
**Goal and Progress Data**
We store the content you create inside the App:
- Goal titles, descriptions, categories, icons, and deadlines
- Milestone titles, XP rewards, order, and completion status
- User statistics: total XP, current level, tier, streak data, per-category counts
- Achievement unlocks
- An optional, user-chosen display name (nickname) that appears on the leaderboard
**Device and Usage Information**
Automatically collected data includes: anonymous device identifiers, device model, operating system version, App version, crash diagnostics, and basic usage analytics supplied by Firebase Analytics.
## 2. How We Use Information
We use the information to:
- Provide goal-tracking functionality and sync your data across sessions
- Calculate XP, levels, tiers, and achievements
- Display public leaderboards
- Operate, secure, and improve the App
- Diagnose crashes and technical issues
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not serve ads in the App.
## 3. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored in Google Firebase services (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Storage) operated by Google LLC. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We rely on Google's infrastructure controls and apply Firestore security rules limiting access to App clients.
## 4. Leaderboard and Public Data
If you participate in the global leaderboard, your chosen nickname, current level, total XP, and tier will be visible to other users. Your goals, milestones, and notes are never publicly displayed. You can remain fully anonymous by leaving the nickname blank.
## 5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Google / Firebase, as a sub-processor providing backend services
- Authorities, where required by applicable law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer
## 6. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- View, edit, or delete your goals, milestones, and profile data directly in the App
- Request permanent deletion of all data associated with your device identifier by contacting us at the email below
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently erased.
## 7. Children's Privacy
Quantum Quest AI is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us and we will delete it.
## 8. Third-Party Services
The App relies on:

## 9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. By using the App you consent to such transfers.
## 10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised "Last Updated" date reflects the latest change. Material updates will be communicated in-app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
## 11. Android Permissions
The App requests only the Internet permission, required to sync your data with Firebase.
