In Short: We collect wallet addresses and labels that you voluntarily provide when using Quantum Code.
When you use Quantum Code, you may provide:
- Cryptocurrency Wallet Addresses: Bitcoin and Ethereum wallet addresses that you wish to track
- Wallet Labels: Custom names and categories you assign to your tracked wallets
- Device Identifier: A unique device ID generated for data storage purposes
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
In Short: We automatically collect certain technical information when you use our app.
We may automatically collect:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Usage Data: App interactions, features accessed, and timestamps
- Technical Data: IP address, error logs, and diagnostic information
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
Quantum Code is designed with privacy in mind. We explicitly DO NOT collect:
- Private keys or seed phrases

- Data Synchronization: To store and sync your wallet list across app sessions using your device ID

- Blockchain APIs: Wallet addresses are sent to Blockchain.info and Etherscan to retrieve balance and transaction data
- CoinGecko API: To fetch real-time cryptocurrency prices

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to:
- Valid legal processes (subpoena, court order, or government request)
- Protection of our rights, property, or safety
- Investigation of potential violations of our Terms of Use

4. Data Storage and Retention

In Short: Your data is stored on Firebase servers and retained as long as you use the app.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services. Specifically:
- Wallet addresses and labels are stored until you delete them within the app
- If you uninstall the app, your data remains associated with your device ID and will be restored upon reinstallation
- To permanently delete your data, you must delete all wallets within the app before uninstalling
- We may retain aggregated or anonymized data indefinitely for analytics purposes
5. Data Security

In Short: We implement security measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.
We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure cloud storage with Firebase
- Regular security audits and updates
- Access controls and authentication for backend systems
However, please note:
- No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure
- You are responsible for keeping your device secure
- We recommend using device lock screens and secure passwords
6. Your Privacy Rights

In Short: You have rights to access, modify, and delete your data.

- Access: Request a copy of the data we store about you
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information (you can edit wallet labels in-app)
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (delete wallets within the app)
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format

7. Children's Privacy

In Short: Quantum Code is not intended for children under 13.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at tory.pas@gmail.com.
8. Third-Party Services

In Short: Third-party services have their own privacy policies.
Quantum Code integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

- Etherscan: Etherscan Privacy Policy
- CoinGecko: CoinGecko Privacy Policy
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
9. Do Not Track

In Short: We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do Not Track (DNT) feature. Currently, no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
10. International Data Transfers

In Short: Your data may be stored and processed in different countries.
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. By using Quantum Code, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside of your country of residence.

In Short: We will notify you of material changes to this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy in the app and on our website. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy
- Displaying an in-app notification
- Sending a notice to your registered email (if applicable)
Your continued use of Quantum Code after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
