This Web site contains all information needed both for the course in Data Analysis and in Quantitative Methods for Economic and Social Research (this year the course is officially called "Quantitative Economics and Public Policy". We will call it "Quantitative Methods", because that is what it is). The two courses are strictly integrated. The Data Analysis course will introduce students to statistics and to the R programming language, and the "Quantitative Methods"course builds on that.
It is not possible to take Quantitative Methods without also taking Data Analysis (whereas in principle it would be possible to take the latter, but not the former).
