Quality Visual — Privacy Policy

Quality Visual ("the app", "we") is a photo editing application developed by Karneth Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: your photos are processed entirely on your device. The app itself does not collect personal data, but it uses Google AdMob to show ads, and AdMob collects certain data as described below.
Data we collect
Quality Visual itself does not collect any personal data. The app has no user accounts, requires no registration, and does not send your photos or files to us or to any third party. All photo editing happens locally on your device.
However, the app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. To serve ads, AdMob may collect and share the following with Google: advertising ID (a resettable device identifier), IP address, device information, approximate location, and app interaction data. This data is used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, and is encrypted in transit.
Photos and media
When you choose a photo to edit, the app accesses it only so that you can edit it on your device. Your photos are processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded to any server, never sent to us, and never shared with third parties. Edited images are saved only where you choose to save them on your own device.
Permissions
The app may request access to your photos/media so that you can select images to edit and save your edited images back to your device. These permissions are used solely for those purposes and for no other reason.
Advertising and third parties
Quality Visual uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use your advertising ID and related data to serve and personalize ads. Data collected by AdMob is shared with Google. You can reset or limit your advertising ID at any time through your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
Children's privacy
Quality Visual is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update the app in a way that changes how it handles data, we will update this Privacy Policy and the app's Data Safety information accordingly.

Quality Visual ("uygulama", "biz"), Karneth Labs tarafından geliştirilen bir fotoğraf düzenleme uygulamasıdır. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamanın bilgilerinizi nasıl ele aldığını açıklar. Kısaca: fotoğraflarınız tamamen cihazınızda işlenir. Uygulamanın kendisi kişisel veri toplamaz, ancak reklam göstermek için Google AdMob kullanır ve AdMob aşağıda açıklanan bazı verileri toplar.
Topladığımız veriler
Quality Visual'ın kendisi hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz. Uygulamada kullanıcı hesabı yoktur, kayıt gerekmez ve fotoğraflarınız ya da dosyalarınız bize veya herhangi bir üçüncü tarafa gönderilmez. Tüm fotoğraf düzenleme işlemleri cihazınızda yerel olarak gerçekleşir.

Reklam sunmak amacıyla AdMob şunları toplayabilir ve Google ile paylaşabilir: reklam kimliği (sıfırlanabilir bir cihaz tanımlayıcısı), IP adresi, cihaz bilgileri, yaklaşık konum ve uygulama etkileşim verileri. Bu veriler reklam, analiz ve sahtekarlık önleme amacıyla kullanılır ve aktarım sırasında şifrelenir.
Fotoğraflar ve medya
Düzenlemek için bir fotoğraf seçtiğinizde, uygulama ona yalnızca cihazınızda düzenleyebilmeniz için erişir. Fotoğraflarınız tamamen cihazınızda işlenir. Hiçbir sunucuya yüklenmez, bize gönderilmez ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Düzenlenen görseller yalnızca kendi cihazınızda, sizin seçtiğiniz yere kaydedilir.
İzinler
Uygulama; düzenlemek için görsel seçebilmeniz ve düzenlediğiniz görselleri cihazınıza kaydedebilmeniz için fotoğraf/medya erişimi isteyebilir. Bu izinler yalnızca bu amaçlarla kullanılır, başka hiçbir amaçla kullanılmaz.
Reklam ve üçüncü taraflar
Quality Visual, reklam göstermek için Google AdMob kullanır. AdMob, reklamları sunmak ve kişiselleştirmek için reklam kimliğinizi ve ilgili verileri kullanabilir. AdMob tarafından toplanan veriler Google ile paylaşılır. Çocukların gizliliği
Quality Visual 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek hiçbir bilgi toplamıyoruz.
Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Uygulamayı, verileri ele alış şeklini değiştiren bir biçimde güncellersek, bu Gizlilik Politikasını ve uygulamanın Veri Güvenliği bilgilerini buna göre güncelleriz.
