These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of QuadPop, a mobile puzzle game developed and published by Moopro (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using QuadPop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.
QuadPop is a puzzle game in which players manipulate colored tiles, create matching formations, earn points, complete challenges, and try to improve their personal scores.
The app may include features such as:
Classic gameplay
Daily Challenges
Personal scores and statistics
Local Top Scores
Themes and customization
Advertisements
Optional rewarded advertisements
QuadPop Pro
Game rules, scoring systems, challenges, features, and available content may be adjusted or improved over time.
QuadPop is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
You may not:
Copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app or its content except where permitted by law.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits this.
Interfere with the normal operation of the app or its services.
Attempt to manipulate purchases, advertisements, scores, entitlements, or other app functionality.
Use the app for unlawful purposes.
All rights not expressly granted to you remain with Moopro and its licensors.
QuadPop may offer an optional paid upgrade called QuadPop Pro.
QuadPop Pro is currently offered as a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Pro may include features such as:
Removal of advertisements
Premium themes
Advanced statistics
Additional personalization features
Other Pro features introduced in future versions
The exact features included with QuadPop Pro may evolve as the app develops. We will not intentionally convert an existing one-time QuadPop Pro purchase into a recurring subscription without clearly offering such a product separately.
Purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s applicable payment terms and policies.
Prices shown in the app are supplied by Google Play and may vary by country, currency, tax rules, or other factors.
QuadPop uses Google Play and third-party purchase infrastructure to verify purchases and determine whether QuadPop Pro is active.
If you reinstall the app or move to another supported device using the same Google Play account, you may be able to restore your purchase using the Restore Purchases function.
A successful payment does not necessarily mean the entitlement can be activated instantly if Google Play or the purchase-verification service is temporarily unavailable.
Refunds and payment disputes are generally handled according to Google Play’s applicable policies and consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
The free version of QuadPop may display advertisements.
Advertisements are intended to appear only at appropriate breaks in gameplay and not during active puzzle interaction.
QuadPop may also offer optional rewarded advertisements. For example, you may be given the option to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit such as continuing a Classic run.
Rewarded advertisements are optional.
QuadPop Pro users are intended to receive an ad-free experience.
Advertisement availability is not guaranteed. An advertisement or reward may occasionally be unavailable because of network conditions, consent settings, advertising-provider availability, or technical issues.
QuadPop may provide Daily Challenges or similar time-based content.
Daily Challenges are designed for entertainment and personal achievement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they do not award money, prizes, cryptocurrency, or anything with real-world monetary value.
Challenge availability, rules, scoring thresholds, medals, and challenge content may change over time.
We cannot guarantee that every Daily Challenge will remain available indefinitely.
QuadPop may store game progress, personal scores, statistics, achievements, settings, Daily Challenge results, and similar information.
Some information may be stored locally on your device.
Local information may be lost in circumstances such as:
Uninstalling the app
Clearing app data
Device failure
Storage corruption
Switching devices where the relevant data is not synchronized
We cannot guarantee permanent preservation of locally stored game data.
Personal Top Scores in QuadPop are intended as a local record of your own gameplay and are not necessarily part of a global or competitive online leaderboard.
Some QuadPop features require an internet connection.
The app may rely on third-party services for functionality such as:
Google Play
Firebase
Google AdMob
Google User Messaging Platform
RevenueCat
These services may experience outages, delays, changes, or other issues outside our control.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Your privacy is important to us.
Information about how QuadPop handles personal data, analytics, advertising data, purchase information, and related technologies is described in the QuadPop Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms part of the information governing your use of QuadPop.
We may update QuadPop from time to time to:
Add or remove features
Fix bugs
Improve performance
Improve security
Adjust balancing or game rules
Maintain compatibility with Android or third-party services
Meet legal, platform, or policy requirements
Some updates may be necessary to continue using all functionality of the app.
We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we may update the date at the top of this page or provide additional notice where appropriate.
Continued use of QuadPop after updated Terms become effective means the updated Terms will apply, subject to applicable law.
We aim to keep QuadPop available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The app or individual features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, service-provider outages, legal requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may discontinue or materially change parts of the app where reasonably necessary.
QuadPop is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While we take reasonable care in developing and maintaining the app, we cannot guarantee that QuadPop will always be free from bugs, interruptions, loss of locally stored progress, or incompatibility with every device.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moopro will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use QuadPop.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.
QuadPop, including its software, game design, graphics, branding, text, sounds, visual elements, and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“QuadPop” and related branding and assets may not be used commercially without permission from Moopro, except where permitted by law.
Third-party components remain the property of their respective owners.
You may stop using QuadPop at any time by uninstalling the app.
We may restrict access to certain online functionality where necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, or serious violations of these Terms.
Any purchased rights remain subject to applicable consumer law and Google Play policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the country where you live.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you retain the rights granted to you under applicable law.
