1. Privacy Policy
DuckDoku is a single-player puzzle game. You can play without creating an account.
Game data
The game keeps your level progress, star ratings, fish balance, purchase-delivery records, and preferences on your device. After you sign in to Game Center, level progress, stars, and daily-challenge reward records are also saved through Game Center Saved Games in your iCloud account, so progress and daily rewards can be restored on another device or after reinstalling the app.
The complete fish balance, purchase-delivery records, and preferences are not included in the cloud save. The developer does not receive or have access to your local files or private iCloud save.
Analytics and crash reports
DuckDoku uses Google's Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used, and Firebase Crashlytics to find and fix crashes. These services send the following information to Google:
• Firebase Analytics: App usage, gameplay and progress summaries, purchase-related information, app and operating-system versions, device model, language, approximate region, randomly generated identifiers, and Apple's vendor identifier (IDFV).
• Firebase Crashlytics: Crash time, technical details about the crash, app and operating-system versions, device model and state, and installation identifiers.
We do not send your Game Center player ID, display name, email address, complete save files, exact fish balance, puzzle contents, touch coordinates or gesture paths to Firebase. The app keeps small records of ongoing activity on your device so interrupted activity can be counted when you reopen it. These records contain random identifiers and summary counts, without puzzle contents. We use the reports to improve tutorials, level difficulty, hints and purchases, and to fix crashes.
Google may use an IP address while receiving Analytics data to derive an approximate location, but states that Google Analytics does not log or store the IP address. Data is encrypted in transit. See Privacy and Security in Firebase: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Game Center, iCloud, and purchases
The app checks whether the local player is signed in to Game Center and reads Apple's game-specific player identifier so saves from different players do not get mixed together. The app does not read your Game Center display name. It submits achievement progress and aggregate completed-level and perfect-level scores to Apple's Game Center achievements and leaderboards. Apple may display your Game Center profile in its own interface under your Game Center settings.
Purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Apple provides the app with product and transaction information needed to unlock the full version or deliver a fish pack; the developer does not receive your payment-card details. See the Apple Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Advertising and tracking
DuckDoku has no advertising and does not use the IDFA or track you across apps or websites. The developer does not sell or rent data. The app does not ask for access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photos.
Retention and deletion
• On-device game data remains until you delete the app.
• Game Center saved games remain in your iCloud account until they are removed through Apple's services. The developer cannot view or delete them for you.
• Google Analytics keeps user-level and event-level data according to the retention setting for the Firebase project, for no longer than 14 months. Aggregated reports may remain after the underlying event data expires.
• Firebase Crashlytics keeps crash reports and their associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from its live and backup systems.
Deleting the app stops future Analytics and Crashlytics collection from that installation, but does not immediately remove data Google has already received. To ask about or request deletion of Firebase data, email verge905@outlook.com. Because the app has no account and does not send a name or email address to Firebase, it may not be possible to match a request to a particular installation without an installation identifier.
Google and Apple process data under their published privacy terms and applicable data-protection requirements. Their handling of the data must provide protection consistent with this policy. The developer uses these services only for the purposes described above.
Children
DuckDoku is not designed specifically for children and does not ask anyone to provide personal information. If you have a privacy concern involving a child, email verge905@outlook.com.
Changes
If a later version handles data differently, this page will be updated and the update date at the top will change.

2. Terms of Use
DuckDoku is distributed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. The following terms also apply.

Your licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use DuckDoku on devices you own or control. The puzzles, artwork, audio, and code remain the property of the developer. Please do not redistribute the app, extract its level data for other products, or attempt to resell any part of it.
Purchases
Any purchase inside DuckDoku is processed by Apple, not by the developer. The developer never sees your card details. The non-consumable full-version unlock is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices. Consumable fish packs cannot be restored through Apple after they have been delivered. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy — request one through https://reportaproblem.apple.com , as the developer cannot issue refunds directly.
Fair use of the game
Please do not modify the app, tamper with saved data to obtain paid content, or use it in a way that interferes with other players' use of Game Center features.
No warranty
DuckDoku is provided as is. The developer does not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for lost progress, lost purchases, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and cannot be waived.
Availability and changes
Levels, features, and pricing may change between versions. The developer may stop distributing the app, though content you have already purchased remains available on your device as long as the app runs on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, where the developer is located, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

1. 隐私政策
来找我鸭是一款单机解谜游戏，不注册账号也能玩。
游戏数据
关卡进度、星级、鱼余额、内购发货记录和偏好设置会保存在设备上。登录 Game Center 后，关卡进度、星级和每日挑战奖励记录还会通过 Game Center Saved Games 存入你的 iCloud，用于换设备或重装后恢复进度及每日奖励。
完整鱼余额、内购发货记录和偏好设置不在云存档内。开发者收不到设备上的这些文件，也无法查看你的私人 iCloud 存档。
使用统计与崩溃报告
来找我鸭使用 Google 的 Firebase Analytics 了解 App 的使用情况，并通过 Firebase Crashlytics 发现和修复崩溃问题。这些服务会向 Google 发送以下信息：
• Firebase Analytics：App 使用情况、游戏互动与进度概况、购买相关信息，以及 App 和系统版本、设备型号、语言、大致地区、随机生成的标识符和 Apple 的供应商标识符（IDFV）。
• Firebase Crashlytics：崩溃时间、与崩溃有关的技术信息、App 和系统版本、设备型号与状态，以及安装标识符。
我们不会向 Firebase 发送你的 Game Center 玩家 ID、昵称、邮箱、完整存档、精确鱼余额、棋盘内容、触摸坐标或滑动轨迹。App 会在设备上保留少量正在进行的活动记录，以便重新打开后统计中断的活动；这些记录只含随机编号和汇总次数，不含棋盘内容。我们使用统计和诊断报告改进教学、关卡难度、提示与购买体验，并修复崩溃。

Game Center、iCloud 与购买
App 会检查本地玩家是否已登录 Game Center，并读取 Apple 为本游戏提供的玩家标识符，避免不同玩家的本机存档混在一起。App 不读取 Game Center 昵称，会向 Apple Game Center 的成就与排行榜提交成就进度、累计通关数和完美通关数。Apple 可能根据你的 Game Center 设置，在其系统界面中显示你的 Game Center 个人资料。
App 内购买由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 处理。Apple 会向 App 提供解锁完整版或发放鱼包所需的商品与交易信息；开发者不会收到你的银行卡信息。Apple 隐私政策：https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
广告与追踪
来找我鸭没有广告，不使用 IDFA，也不会跨 App 或网站追踪你。开发者不出售或出租数据。App 不会申请访问你的位置、相机、麦克风、通讯录或相册。
保存与删除
• 设备上的游戏数据会一直保留到你删除 App。
• Game Center 云存档会保留在你的 iCloud 账户中，直到你通过 Apple 的服务将其删除；开发者无法替你查看或删除。
• Google Analytics 按 Firebase 项目的保留设置保存用户级和事件级数据，最长不超过 14 个月。底层事件过期后，汇总报表仍可能继续保留。
• Firebase Crashlytics 会将崩溃报告及其关联标识符保存 90 天，之后开始从在线系统和备份中删除。
删除 App 会停止这次安装后续的 Analytics 和 Crashlytics 数据收集，但不会立刻删除 Google 已经收到的数据。如需咨询或申请删除 Firebase 数据，请发邮件至 verge905@outlook.com。由于 App 没有账号，也不会把姓名或邮箱发送给 Firebase，如果没有安装标识符，开发者可能无法把删除请求对应到某一次安装。
Google 和 Apple 会按照各自公开的隐私条款与适用的数据保护要求处理数据，并提供与本政策一致的数据保护。开发者只将这些服务用于上文写明的用途。
儿童
来找我鸭并非专门为儿童设计，也不会要求用户提供个人信息。如果你发现涉及儿童的隐私问题，请发邮件至 verge905@outlook.com。

你获得的许可
你获得一项个人的、不可转让的许可，可在你拥有或控制的设备上使用来找我鸭。关卡、美术、音效与代码的所有权仍属于开发者。请不要再分发本 App、把关卡数据提取到其他产品中，或转售其中任何部分。
购买
来找我鸭内的任何购买都由 Apple 处理，不经过开发者。开发者不会看到你的银行卡信息。非消耗型的完整版解锁与你的 Apple 账户绑定，可以在其他设备上恢复；消耗型鱼包发放后不能通过 Apple 恢复。退款按 Apple 自己的政策办理——请通过 https://reportaproblem.apple.com 申请，开发者无法直接退款。
正常使用
请不要修改 App、通过篡改存档获取付费内容，也不要以干扰其他玩家使用 Game Center 功能的方式使用它。
免责声明
来找我鸭按「现状」提供。开发者不承诺其运行不中断或完全无错误。在法律允许的范围内，开发者不对进度丢失、购买丢失或使用本 App 产生的任何间接损失承担责任。本条款不限制你所在国家或地区消费者法律赋予你的、不可放弃的权利。
可用性与变更
关卡、功能与定价可能随版本变化。开发者可能停止分发本 App，但你已购买的内容在 App 仍能运行的设备上保持可用。
适用法律
本条款适用开发者所在地中华人民共和国法律，但不影响你居住地强制性消费者保护规定赋予你的权利。
