You will have additional camera angles with various view zones using the Q-See QT view on your computer. The widescreen of the pc will provide a transparent and distinct picture of the truth. The software works with any camera resolution on your computer, including HD, 3D, and more.

What I like about the current Windows app (not available on the Apple app) is when reviewing back footage the motion detected by the camera is highlighted on the time line under the video to allow you to surf the highlighted times and you don't need to watch excessive footage to find an event. It can also be programmed to review multiple cameras at one time but we rarely use that function. Snapshots and video can be downloaded if needed and we have used this function a lot!! We do not want to use the Cloud for any storage. We do not use a microphone on any camera.

I've recently made the upgrade to x13 and have been enjoying the increased speed and functionality of the realtime Ray-tracing. The only issue I'm running into is that I cannot see items like plants when they are outside the windows. If I open the door, or I change the material to a general material and make it transparent I can see through, but it also looks less realistic when I do.

I'm wondering what I might be doing wrong or if there is a setting with plants I can change that lets me see them because I as per the photo I have attached you can still see most objects outside the window such as the pool and other building in the design. On the left is the view through the window, on the right is cut through the glass showing what is actually out there.

Thank you for your time and patience. I've attached a sample file and a camera shot saved for further reference in here as well. I seem to be able to view the terrain perimeter and whatever backdrop I've chosen in the camera view, as well as structures but for some reason plants like trees just don't appear when you look through a window, and don't reflect as well. I'm assuming it's got something to do with refraction in ray trace views because if you change all the glass to general materials and make them transparent you can see through, it just comes out looking a bit flat and seems like an odd solution to the problem.

I tried using ipcamviewer and some other ones, but they all seem to fail to connect using the same details as I used on my qsee app. I don't know what else to do, anyone have any apps they recommend?

In Q# qubits are modeled as opaque data types that represent a reference to a specific two-state quantum system, whether physical or logical (error-corrected), on which quantum operations may be performed. This is an operational view of qubits - that is, qubits are defined by what you can do to them.

Once the Q-See QC View app has finished downloading and installing, you can access it from the Android emulator software's home screen. Click on the Q-See QC View app icon to launch the app, and follow the setup instructions to connect to your Q-See QC View cameras and view live video feeds.

The bottom line is I have 22 out of 30 clients whom I recommended these units to who are very unhappy that another viewing solution is not available and the only option I can offer them is to return all the units (22) at this point to the various online sources they purchased them from for a refund and switch to another manufacturers dvr.

Any updates? I too am looking for an alternate viewing solution. I was hoping I could leverage an API like you guys were discussing. I have been trying all sorts of things to get the feed on my Blackberry Storm. I have even tried my SlingBox (of course they do not have a working client for the storm) :-(. There has got to be a way to hijack this feed!

Just recently purchased a higher end Q-SEE DVR and I am quite disappointed that you are not able to remote access via the BlackBerry Bold. Would have thought there would be some other way than using the sling box mentioned above to access and view.

It is interesting to know I am not alone with problems with the 2316 q-see product. I bought mine from tiger direct not costco and paid 300.00 more and got 8 cameras less and only 320vs 500gig hard drive. It was actually a Q-see employee in cust service who told me about costco being cheaper.

It arrived in a 16 chanel box but had a 4 chanel faceplate, the chassis was missing screws, the IR receiver does not work, (no remote)and the thing shuts off recording on its own whim. The mouse is really jerky. I ran an IR scan and the remotes are not the problem.

dont know if anyone has posted this or not, but this link has instructions on how to get your Q-see system working on your blackberry with a downloadable app called Bplayer, i havent downloaded it yet cause i havent had the chance to, and i am currently using the Q-see 2416 dvr, i was able to view it live on my HTC Evo phone that runs android with a program called supercam that is downloadable from the Android Market. The Bplayer program for the blackberry is only downloadable onto your blackberry through Blackberry Desktop Manager. Hope this helps, and good luck. heres the following link to the instructions on doing this

Im using a qsee 8 port pci card with win xp, The active x is ok but like every one else here its pretty weak. I use ultra vnc to remote in and make config changes. Using android to view remotely from a 7inch tablet. I am soon workig on an ftp upload software that will monitor a specified folder and upload new content. The superdvr software can actually send attachments via email so you can always setup a large email box for recordings. Im not complaining I love the qsee product and software qsee is catering to economical customers who do not want to spend a big bunch on cameras. If you want all the bells and whistles hunker down and get ready to spend some serious cash on geovision or axsis.

Here is a close-up view of the video mode selector button exposed (protective cap removed). To change the video format of the camera, press and hold the video selector button for 5-7 seconds. Release, press and hold again to go to the next video mode. The default video mode is HD-TVI. The order of the selection cycle is: HD-TVI, AHD, HD-CVI, CVBS (analog CCTV).

I appreciate your word of caution, but at this point I am less concerned with someone viewing my camera feeds than I am getting this to work the way it used to. I understand what you are saying about expecting a different protocol, is it possible that the WD N900 is altering the protocol passed to port 2000? We have been accessing this DVR using standard browsers and port 2000 since we purchased the DVR system several years ago. I have even used at least two different routers before the WD N900 and both worked great. It certainly seems to me that the N900 is doing something differently.

There shouldnt be any protocol alteration. If you specify http then it will use HTTP with the corresponding port number 2000. Maybe you can temporarily try to set the DVR as the DMZ host that way all the ports are forwarded to that DVR. I saw in the q-see support site that it uses UPnP, so it may be using 2000 as the initial connection but other ports are forwarded via UPnP as well.

While the QT534 is far from a high-end surveillance system, it still gives you a lot of advanced features for the price. As you'd expect, the 500GB DVR is should provide at least 14+ days of footage (in a few cases people reported 90+ days worth of footage). This system does not have Wi-Fi functionality of any kind so the cameras require a hard-line connection and the DVR box relies on an Ethernet port should you want to connect it to the Internet for remote broadcasting. I will warn you, the configuration involved for viewing your camera feed over the Internet will not be an easy task for the average consumer and it requires an advanced setup process for someone with plenty of networking knowledge. 2351a5e196
