The Quantum Student Success Summit (QS3) is a two-day event at Rice University on March 23-24, 2026, dedicated to empowering students in quantum science and engineering. Designed entirely around student growth, QS3 features technical talks from leading researchers, hands-on workshops on communication and leadership, as well as student showcases through posters and lightning talks. Participants will connect with peers, mentors, and experts across physics, computer science, and engineering, gaining the tools and inspiration to shape the future of quantum technology. Join us to explore ideas, build collaborations, and take the next step in your quantum journey — register today to be part of QS3. The deadline to register is March 16, 2026. The registration includes the stated schedule meals for both days.
The Quantum Rising Star Award recognizes outstanding undergraduate and graduate students who demonstrate curiosity, creativity, and commitment to advancing quantum science and engineering. This award recognizes students who are poised to advance as researchers and leaders in the quantum community. Selected recipients will receive a registration waiver and financial support to help cover travel costs depending on their location. Awardees will be recognized during the QS3 event and are expected to participate fully in both days of the event.
