|'Twin''s left knee has a scar directly under his knee cap. A surgical procedure took place to remove a piece of shrapnel from under his knee cap. His range of motion is notably lower than natural. It's been reported that 'Twin's lower leg has numbness and lack of control at random moments.
|Twin's left eye has a fog within it, causing a lack of vision. A surgical procedure took place to attempt to remove the fog but worsened the condition. Twin is able to see through his left eye but often keeps it covered or closed to prevent vertigo. His standard eyewear has a black cloth placed inside on the left lens to cover his eye.
|Twin has had fractures within his right arm and in his ribs. The fracture within his ribs has fully healed, it took many weeks for his right arm fracture to repair. His recovery period had extended several times due to his emergent use of his firearm.
|Twin has burns on the bottom left of his face, more focused around his chin. The wound has not been fully reviewed due to Twin's anxiety when his mask is removed.
|Twin currently has a gash on his abdomen that is healing, the wound cause was unknown but the wound shows similar markings of an SCP digging into his chest and ripping it apart. He is currently sutured and in recovery.
|Twin has a tattoo on his left hand.

|After 2/26/2024, 'Twin' has had increased range of motion within his left knee. Possibly healing or from the /////////// ////// that was completed on that day.
