The app does NOT directly collect, store, or share any personal information.

However, the app uses third-party services (such as ads) that may collect limited data.

3. Camera Permission

The app uses your device camera only for scanning QR codes and barcodes.

• Camera access is used only in real-time for scanning

• No images or videos are stored

• No camera data is uploaded or shared

4. Local Storage (AsyncStorage)

The app may store small amounts of data locally on your device.

• Data is stored only on your device

• Used to improve app functionality (e.g., history, settings)

• Not transmitted to any server

• You can delete it anytime by clearing app data or uninstalling the app

5. Permissions Usage

• CHANGE_WIFI_STATE
  👉 Used to connect devices for file transfer.

Also if scan qr code is wifi code it also connect if user give permission

📷 Camera

• CAMERA
  👉 Used for QR code scanning only.

📁 Storage / Media

• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+)

• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (older Android)
  👉 Used to select and send files/images.

📳 Vibration

• VIBRATE
  👉 Used for small feedback interactions.

6. Data Storage

• Received files are stored locally on your device

• No remote storage is used

7. Third-Party Services (AdMob)

The app uses Google AdMob to display ads.

• AdMob may collect:

  • Device information

  • Advertising identifiers

• This data is handled according to Google’s Privacy Policy:

We do not control third-party data collection.

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties.

• All app data remains on your device

10. Data Deletion

Users can delete their data at any time:

• Use the “Clear History” option inside the app

• This will permanently remove:

  • Scan history

  • Generated QR codes

  • Locally stored app data

You can also uninstall the app to remove all data but must uninstall with all app data deletion.
