Application qraty is about meter reading of the water and sanitation companies affiliated to the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in the Arab Republic of Egypt depends on ease of use and confidentiality of data, by communicating the actual and actual reading to all customer subscriptions across the republic by using all documented and safe technological means and avoiding the accumulations that It occurs through the lack of presence or the passage of the reader at inappropriate times for the subscriber

• depending on your device "qraty"  may ask for "access storage" permission only for upload photo of Water meter reading In order to verify that the meter reading entered by the customer matches the actual meter reading. We don't collect any photo from your device unless your specifically  trigger the gallery button.

children's privacy :

our application does not address any one under the age of 13. we don't collect any personnel information from children through our application.
