Welcome to QR Code Reader - Fast Scanner (the "App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and QR Code Reader - Fast Scanner app ("we," "our," or "the App") governing your use of our application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
2.1 The App offers various subscription options, including weekly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and lifetime subscriptions, with possible free trial periods.
2.2 For weekly and yearly subscriptions, subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
2.3 Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
2.4 Lifetime subscriptions are one-time payments that grant perpetual access to premium features without the need for renewal.
2.5 You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
2.6 Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
When using the App, you agree to:
3.1 Not use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
3.2 Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise modify the App.
3.3 Not use the App to infringe upon the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
3.4 Not use the App to distribute malware or harmful content.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is available within the App or through our website.
5.1 The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party websites or services.
5.2 QR codes and barcodes scanned using the App may direct you to third-party content, for which we assume no responsibility.
6.1 The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6.2 We do not warrant that the App will always be available, secure, or error-free.
6.3 You are solely responsible for the accuracy and safety of any QR codes or barcodes you scan using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will post the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the App without notice if you violate any of the provisions of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in California, USA.
For users residing outside the United States, you agree that all disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United States and California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of courts located within California.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regarding your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about these rights.
You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the App except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the App may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S. embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person's List or Entity List.
The App and related documentation are "Commercial Items," as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation," as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. The Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and us.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
