We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, safety, availability, or legality of any content contained in third-party QR codes, barcodes, links, websites, products, or other external materials.
You understand that scanning a code may lead to external content. You should use caution before opening links, sharing information, or relying on scanned results.
Scan History and Created Content
The App may allow you to save scanned results or created QR codes. You are responsible for managing, deleting, exporting, or sharing this content.
We are not responsible for loss of scan history, created codes, saved content, or other data caused by device changes, deletion, technical issues, system updates, or other events outside our control.
Paid Features and Subscriptions
Some features of the App may require payment, a subscription, or a one-time purchase. Prices, available features, trial offers, and subscription terms may be displayed before purchase.
If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless canceled according to the rules of the platform provider. You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through your platform account settings.
Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform provider according to its own terms and policies. We do not collect or store full payment card information.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, text, graphics, interface, software, and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App unless allowed by applicable requirements or expressly permitted by us.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App will be limited to the amount you paid for the App or its paid features, if any, during the relevant period.
