This privacy policy applies to the QR Code & Barcode Scanner app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by PROGOMON (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:

The pages of the Application that you visit, time and date of visit, time spent
The operating system on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise location data from your mobile device.
This Application uses Google’s ML Kit for Barcode Scanning, which runs entirely on your device. No image or barcode data is sent to any server or third party for processing. This on-device technology ensures your privacy and works without an internet connection for scanning.
The Application does not use external Artificial Intelligence (AI) services or cloud-based processing for barcode recognition.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you with important notices or marketing promotions. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting the Service Provider.
For a better experience, the Service Provider may require certain personally identifiable information (e.g., Device ID). This information will be retained and used as described in this policy.
Only aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties only as described in this policy.

Google User Data Policy compliance: The Application does not share sensitive user data (e.g., contacts, photos) with third parties for advertising or other purposes. Barcode scanning is performed on-device.
You can stop all data collection by the Application easily by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or app marketplace.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your data, contact developer.eyaqubali@gmail.com – they will respond in a reasonable timeframe.
The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from their servers.
