Terms of Use (Terms and Conditions)

By downloading or using the Qozy app (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.
The App is provided by Madibek Maratuly (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") at no cost and is intended for use "AS IS".
1. License to Use
The Service Provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way.
2. External Educational Consultations (Important)
The App may offer a feature allowing users to request an offline educational consultation by submitting their Name and Phone Number. By utilizing this feature, you explicitly understand and agree that:
The consultation is an external, offline service provided outside the App's environment.
It is not a digital good, digital content, or an in-app premium feature.
Any communication or service delivery regarding this consultation will occur independently of the App and the App Store/Google Play billing systems.
3. User Accounts and Security
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register an account using your email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Service Provider uses third-party services like Firebase to securely store your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on the App belong to the Service Provider. You may not extract the source code of the App, translate the App into other languages, or make derivative versions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service Provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included in the App. The Service Provider does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on any information obtained from the App, or mistakes, omissions, or delays in operation.
7. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
