Madibek Maratuly built the Qozy app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Madibek Maratuly at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information requested includes:

• Account Registration Data: Your Email address and Password, used securely to manage your account and save your learning progress.

• Consultation Request Data: If you choose to request an offline educational consultation or additional guidance, the app may ask for your Name and Phone Number. This data is strictly used to contact you regarding the requested educational services and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.

All requested information will be retained on your device and securely stored on our servers to provide the features of the app.

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Link to the privacy policy of third-party service providers used by the app:

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Crashlytics

2. Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app, I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

3. Security

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We use Firebase Authentication and secure databases to store your credentials and contact information. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for a general audience and can be used by children. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information (such as an email or phone number), I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.

5. Data Deletion Policy (Your Rights)

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. If you wish to delete your account, your email address, phone number, and all associated learning progress data from Qozy, you can:

• Use the "Delete Account" option within the app settings (if available).

• Contact me directly at madibekmaratuly@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

Upon receiving your request, all your personal information will be permanently deleted from our Firebase database within 14-30 days.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
