Legal bases for EEA/UK users:
Contract (to provide the app).
Legitimate interests (analytics, security, non-personalized ads).
Consent (personalized ads/tracking via ATT).
Legal obligation (records and compliance).
iOS will ask if you allow tracking. If you deny, we do not access IDFA and we only show non-personalized ads where applicable.
Manage at Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You may also reset the advertising identifier.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Under California law, sharing identifiers with ad partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing.” Deny tracking in ATT and/or use device settings to opt out of ad personalization.
We share data with:
Service providers/processors: hosting, analytics, crash reporting, measurement, customer support.
Advertising partners: to request, deliver, and measure ads and prevent fraud.
Apple: for in-app purchases and platform diagnostics.
Legal and safety: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Providers are bound by contracts to protect data and process it only under our instructions.
Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
Usage and analytics: up to 24 months.
Ad logs: per partner defaults, typically 2–24 months.
Purchase records: as required by tax/accounting laws, typically 7–10 years.
Support records: up to 24 months after resolution.
We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
Withdraw consent at any time (processing before withdrawal remains lawful).
Right to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of “sharing.”
Right to limit use of sensitive data where applicable.
We do not use sensitive categories for personalization.
Use the in-app support form (QOOZ → Settings → Support) and state your country/state and request type.
Control tracking via iOS settings (see Section 4).
We will verify your request. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority.
QOOZ is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data, submit a deletion request via the in-app support form.
We use technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit and access controls.
No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
