I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at Georgia Southern University, where I joined the faculty in 2025. Before joining Georgia Southern, I was a faculty member at the University of Dayton beginning in 2021, where I was granted tenure in 2025. Prior to that, I served as an Assistant Professor of Finance at Boise State University. I hold a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Kentucky, an M.B.A. from Miami University in Ohio, and a B.S. in Bioengineering from Fuzhou University.
My research interests are in investment, hedge funds, climate finance, and corporate social responsibility. I have published in journals such as the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Corporate Finance, Financial Review, and others. My papers have been cited by the media, such as AllAboutAlpha and BarclayHedge.
