1- NFSV (Volunteer)

(1-Month Volunteer Program)

• Role:
  Provide support to different teams for one month, completing weekly tailored tasks.

• Responsibilities:

  • Complete tasks assigned weekly by the Volument Head.

  • Submit task reports by Saturday each week via a Google Form.

  • Participate in team activities and training sessions.

  • Gain experience in different areas such as event management, content creation, multimedia, or database management.

  • Upon successful completion of all four weekly tasks, receive a National Forensic Science Volunteer e-certificate.

2- FORUM (CORE TEAM) 

(3-months Core member program)

Team Synchora (Event Management)

• Focuses on organizing, coordinating, and executing various events such as workshops, seminars, and guest lectures. Responsible for smooth event logistics, including participant engagement and event feedback.

Team Creativium (Content Creation)

• Develops creative content for social media, newsletters, and promotions. Collaborates with other teams to deliver engaging and high-quality content for outreach and educational purposes.

Team Volument (Volunteer Management)

• Manages volunteers by assigning tasks and monitoring progress. This team ensures volunteers are well-integrated and contribute effectively through weekly structured tasks and tailored assignments.

Team Mediatrix (Design and Social Media)

• Handles graphic design, multimedia, and social media management. This team creates visually appealing content and ensures the club maintains a strong online presence through consistent engagement.

Team DataSphere (Database Management)

• Maintains and manages all data-related activities. Provides data insights, ensures data integrity, and supports teams with valuable information for data-driven decisions and reports.
