Dr. Qing Tang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Old Dominion University (ODU), where she has served since August 2024. Prior to joining ODU, she was a postdoctoral scholar at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She earned her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University in 2023.
