Please read these Terms of Use (the "Terms") carefully before installing any part of the QiMe application (the "Application") (including but not limited to software, files, and related documents). The Application is intended for a limited group of users; please download it only if required by the organization where you work. By performing the above actions, you accept and agree to be bound by the provisions and conditions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any of our terms of use (including this version and any updated versions), please do not download, install, or use the Application, or remove the Application from your mobile device.

1. Introduction to the Application

QiMe is an application focused on convenience and security, with the following features: (1) free messaging and calling with high security; (2) chatting and exchanging work information in groups; and (3) HD-quality video calling.

The Application is intended for a limited group of users; please do not download it if you have not received a notice from your workplace.

The Application currently supports the following platforms: iOS and Android.

2. Ownership of the Application

This Application is developed and owned by the Military Industry and Telecoms Group. All intellectual property rights related to the Application (including but not limited to source code, images, data, information, content contained in the Application, and any modifications, supplements, or updates to the Application) and related user manuals (if any) shall be solely owned by the Military Industry and Telecoms Group. No individual or organization is permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise infringe upon the rights of the owner without the written consent and permission of the Military Industry and Telecoms Group.

3. Account

To use the Application, you must create an account in accordance with our instructions. You undertake that your use of the account shall comply with the regulations of the Military Industry and Telecoms Group, and that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete at the time it is requested. All your rights and obligations shall be based on the account information you have registered; therefore, if any information is inaccurate, we shall not be liable where such inaccurate information affects or restricts your rights.

You have the right to use the Application and other services provided by us; however, such use shall not include the following acts unless written consent has been granted by the Military Industry and Telecoms Group:

- Copying, modifying, or creating a new product or derivative version based on the QiMe Application;

- Selling, transferring, sublicensing, disclosing, or otherwise transferring or making available any part or the whole of the Application to any third party;

- Using the Application to provide services to any third party (organization or individual);

- Moving, removing, or changing any legitimate notice or mark of the Application (including but not limited to copyright notices);

- Redesigning, compiling, disassembling, modifying, reverse-engineering the design of the Application, or modifying the content of the Application;

- Changing or removing the original state of the Application;

- Using the Application to perform any act harmful to the cybersecurity system of the Military Industry and Telecoms Group, including but not limited to using data or accessing servers of the network system to delete, modify, or add information; spreading malicious programs or viruses; or performing any other act intended to damage or destroy the network system;

- Logging in to and using the Application through third-party compatible software or any system that has not been developed, authorized, or approved by the Military Industry and Telecoms Group;

- Using, selling, lending, copying, modifying, linking to, translating, publishing, or disclosing information;

- Using the QiMe logo as a profile picture (avatar), using images that violate good customs and traditions, updating album images with the QiMe logo, naming a personal account QiMe, or using account names that may cause confusion with QiMe;

- Other forms of violation.

Users shall be fully responsible for the content they share and the opinions and viewpoints they discuss on the Application. The Military Industry and Telecoms Group shall not be responsible for any content posted by users.

The Military Industry and Telecoms Group has the right to remove any content that we consider to violate the above provisions without bearing any liability for any loss you may suffer as a result of such removal.

5. Handling of Violations

If you violate any provision of this Agreement, the Military Industry and Telecoms Group has the right to immediately lock your account and/or delete all violating information and content. Depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation, you shall be liable before competent authorities, the Military Industry and Telecoms Group, and third parties for all damage caused by or arising from your violation.

6. Access Rights and Information Collection

- When using the Application, you acknowledge that we have the right to use the following system APIs to access data on your phone: (1) reading and writing to your phone contacts; (2) obtaining your current location with your consent; (3) writing Application data to the memory card; and (4) accessing the Internet from your device. All such access shall be performed by us only with your consent. Therefore, you acknowledge that once you have granted us permission, you shall not have any claim regarding such access.

You also agree to receive communication and advertising messages about services from the QiMe Official Account.

- We also collect the following information from you:

• Personal information: including information you provide to us to verify your account, such as your name and phone number;

• General information: information about your phone configuration and the version of the Application you are using;

• Your location information: data on your geographical location will be stored on the server to help you use the Application’s search function;

• Phone contacts: we will store your phone contacts on the server to best support your use of the Application or in case you lose data. We undertake not to use your phone contacts for any purpose without your consent;

• We do not use any measures to monitor message content, exchanges, or any other form of activity for the purpose of monitoring users when they use this Application.

7. Information Security Commitment

We undertake to keep confidential all information you provide to QiMe or information we collect from you, and not to disclose it to any third party unless requested by a competent State authority.
