I am an experimental condensed matter physicist studying novel properties in quantum materials using strain-based techniques, such as elasto-transport, elasto-caloric and elasto-optical measurements.
I am now a GLAM postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University, working in Prof. Ian Fisher's and Prof. Aharon Kaptulnik's Groups on developing and applying new strain-based techniques to study quantum materials. I received my Ph.D. in physics from the University of Washington, under the supervision of Prof. Jiun-Haw Chu. During my Ph.D., I did extensive material synthesis and applied tools such as strain, pressure, and high magnetic field in electrical, magnetic, and thermoelectrical measurements to study exotic properties of quantum materials.
