About Me

I joined the Department of Computer and Information Sciences at Towson University as an assistant professor in August 2021. I completed my Ph.D. dissertation defense under the supervision of Prof. Pan Li in the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering at Case Western Reserve University in 2021. I received the B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Wuhan University, China, in 2013, and the M.E. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ, in 2015, respectively.

My research interests include robust and secure deep learning networks, cybersecurity, security and privacy in distributed and decentralized systems, e.g., Cyber-Physical System (CPS) and Internet of Things (IoT), and related applications, e.g., smart transportation, smart city, and smart healthcare.
