Qiang Li received the Ph.D. degree from South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 2020. From 2018 to 2019, he was a Visiting Student Research Collaborator with Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, USA. He is currently an Associate Professor at Jinan University, Guangzhou, China. His current research interests include reconfigurable intelligent surfaces, modulation and signal processing for wireless communications. He was recognized as an Exemplary Reviewer and Exemplary Editor for the IEEE Communications Letters in 2021 and 2023, respectively. He was a recipient of the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award from the China Education Society of Electronics in 2020, the Best Paper Award from the IEEE International Conference on Communication Technology in 2019, and the Outstanding Graduate Student of Guangdong Province in 2020. He is currently serving as an Editor for the IEEE Communications Letters.
