Qiang Li received the Ph.D. degree from South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 2020. From 2018 to 2019, he was a Visiting Student Research Collaborator with Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, USA. He is currently an Associate Professor with Jinan University, Guangzhou, China. His research interests include wireless communications. He was recognized as an Exemplary Reviewer in 2021 and an Exemplary Editor in 2023 and 2024 by the IEEE Communications Letters. He received the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award from the China Education Society of Electronics in 2020, the Best Paper Award at the IEEE International Conference on Communication Technology in 2019, and the Second Prize of the Natural Science Award from the Guangdong Electronics Society in 2025. He currently serves as an Editor for the IEEE Communications Letters and is a Senior Member of the IEEE.
