Quick Easy Notes (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our app handles your data when you use our mobile application (the “App”).
Quick Easy Notes is a simple, privacy-focused note-taking app that allows you to:
Create and edit notes with timestamps
Secure your notes using an app password or lock screen
Organize and manage your personal reminders safely on your own device
We take your privacy seriously — all your notes and passwords are stored locally on your device.
We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal information.
We do not collect or transmit:
Your notes, memos, or any text you write
Passwords or security PINs you set in the app
Device identifiers, contact information, or location data
Analytics or crash reports (unless you explicitly enable them in your system settings)
Everything you create in Quick Easy Notes stays on your device only.
All your notes and passwords are stored locally within your device’s internal storage or app sandbox, protected by Android’s built-in security system.
We have no access to your stored content and no remote servers where your data is uploaded.
If you uninstall the app, all locally stored notes and passwords will be permanently deleted from your device.
The app allows you to set a custom password or lock PIN to protect your notes.
This password is saved only on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
If you forget your password, we cannot recover it for you, as we have no access to it.
Quick Easy Notes does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection SDKs.
If you choose to contact us by email (for example, for support), any personal information you provide in that message (such as your name or email address) will be used only to respond to your inquiry and will not be stored or shared.
Our app is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
Since we do not collect any personal data, there is nothing to delete or manage.
We use Android’s built-in app sandboxing and encryption features to protect your locally stored data.
However, it is your responsibility to:
Keep your device secure
Use a strong password
Back up your notes if you choose to (e.g., to your local drive or cloud service manually)
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted within the app or on our official website with a new “Effective Date.”
If we ever introduce features that require remote data or cloud storage, we will update this policy and seek your explicit consent before collecting any data.
