Congratulating Daniel Woulfin, our recent GSLIS data intern, for accepting a position at NYU's Global TIES for Children as their Data Associate. Global TIES for Children is an international center dedicated to designing, evaluating, and advising on programs and policies to improve the lives of children and youth in the most vulnerable regions across the globe.Daniel reports that his experience as the Data Services Intern under Joan was impressive to the interviewers and essential in applying for and receiving the position. This is a great reminder of how important it is to provide these opportunities for our amazing students-- also great proof of the importance of data literacy in the job market.
