Congratulations to our current GSLIS student, Michele Wan, who was recently selected as a 2016-2018 ARL IRDW Diversity Scholar!! The IRDW program (http://www.arl.org/leadership-recruitment/diversity-recruitment/initiative-to-recruit-a-diverse-workforce-irdw) provides a stipend in support of the MLS degree, as well as funding for professional development and travel to a leadership symposium. In addition, awardees are assigned a mentor.
