- Identity & Documents: Operator license, business documents, and other verification documents.
- Location Data: Real-time GPS location while the app is in use to facilitate ambulance dispatch and tracking.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: App activity, booking history, and fleet management records.
- Payment Information: Bank account details for processing payouts and transactions.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To verify your identity and business documents
- To manage and dispatch ambulance bookings
- To track live location of ambulances during active rides
- To process payments and generate invoices
- To send notifications and support messages
- To improve app performance and user experience
3. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion:
- Account data (name, phone, email) is deleted within 30 days
- Booking and fleet history is retained for 2 years for legal and audit purposes
- Documents (operator license, business papers) are deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Location data is retained for 90 days after each completed ride
- Payment records are retained for 5 years as required by financial regulations

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Emergency services and hospitals as required for ambulance dispatch
- Payment processors for operator payouts
- Legal authorities if required by law
5. Location Permissions
The app requires location access to function. Location is only tracked during active app sessions and ride
assignments. We do not track your location when the app is closed.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption and secure servers (AWS) to protect your data. However, no method of
transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
