Lesson 1: Concept of Motion

At the end of the lesson, you are expected to:

• Elucidate the meaning of the motion of an object by tracing and tracing its change in position over a period of time.

• Identify the different types of motion and its examples.

• Carry out the value of having a reference point when understanding motion.

Have students demonstrate indoor activities. Let them identify the type of motion present in each activity.
