Form groups with four members each. Bring one complete table appointments for breakfast or lunch/supper. Arrange table appointments on
the table good for one or two cover/s or person/s. Present to the class a table good for one or two cover/s or person/s for critiquing. Also prepare a sample menu appropriate to your table appointment.
