Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Qalb Habit app (hereby referred to as "Application")
for mobile devices that was created by Ihammouten Hassane (hereby referred to as
"Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information
may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the
time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
- Mobile advertising identifiers (e.g. Apple's Identifier for Advertisers — IDFA, or
Google's Advertising ID — GAID), but ONLY where you have consented to personalized
advertising and, on iOS, granted App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission
- Crash logs and aggregated performance metrics
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile
device.
The Service Provider may occasionally send important notices related to the Application,
such as updates or service information.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Application does not require
users to create an account and does not collect directly identifiable information such
as your name or email. Some anonymous and pseudonymous usage data may be collected
through third-party services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and
Google AdMob to improve the performance, stability, and monetization of the Application.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy
policy describing how data is handled:
- Google Analytics for Firebase — https://firebase.google.com/policies/analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google AdMob — https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Google Privacy Policy (overarching) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
Only aggregated, anonymized, or pseudonymized data is transmitted to these external
services. The Service Provider may share your information with these third parties in
the ways described in this privacy statement.
The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights,
protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a
government request;
- with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an
independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to
the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Advertising
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers
(IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) and usage data to serve personalized or
non-personalized ads.
- On first use, we ask for your in-app consent to personalized advertising. You may
decline, in which case only generic (non-personalized) ads are shown.
- On iOS 14.5 and later, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. If you
deny ATT, the app will only request non-personalized ads — regardless of your in-app
choice — and no IDFA will be used to track you.
- You can revoke or change ATT at any time on iOS via:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Qalb Habit
- On Android, you can opt out of personalized advertising via:
Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" (or "Opt out of ads
personalization" on older versions)
- You can also change your in-app ad consent at any time in the app's Settings.
For more information about how Google handles your advertising data, see:
https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it.
You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile
device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Local Data Storage
Some information related to habit tracking, such as prayer tracking and progress
indicators, is stored locally on your device. This information remains on your device
and is not shared with external servers.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain automatically collected data for as long as needed to
provide the service and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service
Provider to delete data associated with you, please contact them at
hassaneodesk@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Your Rights (EEA, UK, and California residents)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California,
you have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including the right
to access, rectify, or delete the data we hold about you, and the right to withdraw
your consent to advertising tracking at any time. To exercise these rights, contact
hassaneodesk@gmail.com.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or
market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under
the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable
information from children under 13 years of age.
In line with COPPA and the Google Play Families policy, ad requests made by the
Application are configured so that AdMob does not serve ads that are interest-based
(personalized) to users known to be under 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a
child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately
delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child
has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider
(hassaneodesk@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your
information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service
Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page
with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly
for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-05-04.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as
set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

questions about the practices, please contact the Service Provider via email at
