Privacy Policy for PVC Ultra ID
Last updated: July 30, 2026
"PVC Ultra ID" ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the PVC Ultra ID mobile application (the "App").
1. Nature of the Application
PVC Ultra ID acts as a dedicated mobile web-view application that connects you to a specific web-based platform. The App fetches its configuration from our secure API and loads the designated web application to provide you with PVC ID management services.
2. Information Collection and Use
The App itself (at the native level) does not directly collect, store, or process your personal data. However, because the App functions as a browser for a web-based service, any information you input, upload, or generate within the App is transmitted to and handled by the web platform it loads. We encourage you to review the privacy policy presented on the web platform for details on how your specific ID data is processed.
3. Device Permissions and Access
To provide a fully functional experience, the App utilizes the following device capabilities:
- Internet & Network State: Required to connect to our configuration API and load the web platform.
- File Access (Uploads & Downloads): If you choose to upload an image or document (e.g., a PVC ID photo) within the web interface, the App will request access to your device's file system, gallery, or camera to facilitate the upload. Additionally, the App requests permission to save downloaded files directly to your device's "Downloads" directory.
4. Third-Party Services
The App interacts with our backend API (hosted at inficomai.com) strictly for initial configuration and routing. The App is distributed via the Google Play Store and may utilize standard third-party services that collect information used to identify you, such as for crash reporting or analytics.

5. Data Security
Data transmission between the App and the web platform relies on standard web security protocols (e.g., HTTPS). While we strive to ensure the web services connected to the App use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
