PuzzleMind Studio ("we", "us", or "our") built the PuzzleMind game as an Offline-First, ad-free cognitive puzzle application. This SERVICE is provided by PuzzleMind Studio and is intended for use as is.
We are firmly committed to user privacy. Our core engineering principle is simple: We do not collect, share, or monetize your personal data.
PuzzleMind DOES NOT require account creation, login, or registration. We DOES NOT collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), such as:
Name, email address, physical address, or phone number.
Geolocation or GPS coordinates.
Contact lists, calendar, or photos/media files.
Audio recordings or camera feed.
PuzzleMind requests only the following minimal hardware permission:
android.permission.VIBRATE: Exclusively utilized for haptic tactile feedback when a user solves a puzzle or triggers an in-game event.
PuzzleMind does NOT embed any third-party behavioral analytics, ad networks, tracking SDKs, or remote telemetry frameworks (e.g., No Google Mobile Ads, No Firebase Analytics, No Facebook SDK).
All game progress records — including:
Solved puzzle states across all 4 worlds (Logic, Pattern, Insight, Spatial),
Best Aha scores,
Attempt counts and completion timestamps,
User interface language preference (English / Vietnamese)
are stored 100% locally on your device using embedded key-value binary storage (Hive CE). This data remains strictly within the sandbox storage of your device and is never transmitted to any external server or cloud database.
You maintain full control over your stored progress:
In-App Reset: You can permanently erase all gameplay records at any time by opening Settings
→
→ Reset Progress Data. This immediately deletes all local database boxes from device storage.
System Uninstall / App Storage Clear: Clearing the app data in Android OS Settings or uninstalling the application permanently removes all local files created by PuzzleMind.
Because PuzzleMind does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information from any user, it is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR-K. It contains no adult content and is safe for users of all ages.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date".
