The Grievance Group is composed of three members who are appointed yearly by the outgoing Garden Board of Stewards, before the beginning of the new garden season (March 1st). Members on the Grievance Group serve on an as-needed basis, receiving work hours for their service. Members of the Grievance Group operate under confidentiality and with respect for all those concerned, an adhere to the Grievance Policy. If the appeal or grievance concerns one of the Grievance Group members an alternate member will be appointed to the Grievance Group by the Garden Board of Stewards for the specific grievance.
