By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PushBlock is a gamified fitness application that transforms push-up workouts into boss battles. The app uses your device's camera and on-device AI to track push-ups in real time, turning every rep into damage against virtual bosses. Features include boss battles, dungeon progression, daily streaks, XP and leveling, rank systems, and workout tracking — all designed to make exercise fun and engaging.
PushBlock uses Sign in with Apple for secure account creation. Your account is associated with your Apple ID. Purchases and premium access are managed through the App Store. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID. If you lose access to your Apple ID, your account data may not be recoverable.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful and personal purposes. You must not:
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Service or its systems.
Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse any part of the Service.
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features of the Service.
Use the Service in any way that could harm yourself or others. Always exercise within your physical capabilities.
PushBlock is a fitness application. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for your own physical health and safety during workouts.
You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
PushBlock does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional health guidance.
We are not liable for any injuries that may occur during exercise while using the Service.
PushBlock requires camera access to track your body movements during exercises. By granting camera access, you understand that:
All camera processing happens entirely on your device.
No video or images are recorded, stored, or transmitted.
Camera frames are analyzed in real time and immediately discarded.
You may revoke camera access at any time through your device settings.
All trademarks, logos, designs, boss characters, game mechanics, software, and application content are the exclusive property of PushBlock or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without prior written permission.
PushBlock may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions for premium features including unlimited boss battles, exclusive content, and enhanced features. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through App Store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or App Store policies.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PushBlock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service including but not limited to loss of data, physical injuries during exercise, or account access issues. You use the Service at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated or the Service is misused.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
