Employee of the month

"Kāore te kumara e kōrero ana mo tōnā ake reka "

Selena Gillies is our Pursuit Team Member of the Month (April 2022)

Selena has shown the values of Pursuit: Kindness, Resilience, Gratitude, Empowerment, Confidence and Charity.

If you have had the pleasure to meet Selena, you will see she has a heart of gold but also she also goes above and beyond her job description.

Selena has learnt emailing, Asana, how to print photos, laminating, cold calling, recruitment and taken every training seriously. This is from someone who in the past has been very technology phobic.

She has also kept up with her driving, meal making, cleaning, shopping, stocktaking, everyday duties and Graduation. She has taken the pressure off the team so we can focus on so many other tasks.

She is one of the first faces that our Rangatahi see when being picked up in the mornings and she engages and cares about their welfare. She cooks hearty, nutritious and home cooked meals and is the friendly or grumpy Nan when needed.

Selena Gillies you are a Superstar and we appreciate you.
