The Master in Education Management (MEM) program is a competency-oriented program designed to produce highly skilled and globally responsive educational managers, leaders and instructional specialists who are interested in pursuing academic excellence, advancing research, and promoting a culture of sharing.

This course familiarizes teachers with knowledge, skills, and values of effective educational management. It is a field concerned with the operation of educational organizations including the process of planning, organizing and directing activities in a school, effective utilization of human and material resources, in order to accomplish the school’s objectives. It is not a field limited to school principals only, but to all parties involved in education should gain insight in Education Management as it is vital to help schools function successfully and effectively realize its vision.
