One of the graduate programs offered by the College of Education is the Master in Business Education program. Initially offered in 1976, the MBE Program is one of the pioneer graduate education programs of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

The Master in Business Education Program is intended for the training of teachers to teach business courses and who will assume leadership in curriculum and instruction in schools at the elementary, secondary, tertiary and vocational/technical schools. The program is designed for degree holders in business courses and business teacher education areas.

The program sets forth the articulation of the University vision, mission, and goals of the College to the objectives and strategies in offering the program and was offered to explore the recent approaches in business and business education to provide opportunities in designing and assessing the effectiveness of classroom-based activities and business strategies.
