Answer honestly. No one's judging you (except, maybe, yourself).

1. After a long, busy week, what do you do on a Friday night?

a) Call everyone I know to find a party/get-together. My couch misses me too much.

b) Put on pajamas, grab something tasty, and turn on a series/book. People? No, thanks.

c) Stare at the wall. Feel the emptiness. There's no point in anything.

2. Imagine you're invited to a large, unfamiliar party. Your reaction?

a) "Awesome! New people, new stories!" Already thinking about who I'll meet.

b) "Ugh, another one... Well, I'll go for an hour if I absolutely have to." Already planning my escape internally.

c) "A party? Why? Isn't it easier to just dissolve into thin air?"

3. What do you think about deep conversations with people you barely know?

a) Love them! It's a chance to truly get to know someone.

b) Tolerate them. If absolutely necessary, then yes. But usually, I prefer superficial interactions.

c) My internal monologue is much more interesting. And quieter.

4. At work/school, you need to present a project/speak in front of an audience. Your feelings?

a) A little nervous, but it's a great opportunity to show what I can do!

b) Panicking internally, but I'll manage. After that, I'll need half a day to recover.

c) I'd rather be swallowed by a black hole than present.

5. You wake up in the morning. Your first thoughts?

a) "What interesting things will happen today? Who will I see?"

b) "Mmm, five more minutes of silence..." And the thought of how to avoid unnecessary contact.

c) "Again? Why?"

6. How do you recharge your energy?

a) Through communication, new experiences, activity!

b) Through solitude, calm, reading, hobbies.

c) I don't recharge. I just slowly discharge.

7. If you had to choose between: 1) a whole day in a noisy shopping mall or 2) a whole day on a deserted island (in comfortable conditions), which would you choose?

a) The shopping mall, definitely! So many people, so many opportunities!

b) The deserted island. And I want it to be very quiet.

c) Either way... There's no difference. It's empty in the end.

8. What's the worst thing for you?

a) Loneliness and boredom.

b) Constantly having to be the center of attention or in public.

c) Just being.
