Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and FoundryApps for the use of the PulseIQ app. By using the app you agree to them.
Not a medical device:
PulseIQ is a wellness and fitness app only. It is NOT a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Measurements (including heart rate, heart-rate variability, stress, energy, and any values you log such as blood pressure, blood sugar, or BMI) are estimates for general wellness purposes and may be inaccurate. Never rely on the app for medical decisions, and never use it as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any concerns about your health, talk to a qualified clinician. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
Subscriptions:
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. If a plan includes a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may change; changes apply only to renewals after notice.
Acceptable use:
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the app or attempt to circumvent its subscription features.
Intellectual property:
The app, its design, and its content are owned by FoundryApps and protected by applicable laws. These terms don't grant you any rights other than the personal right to use the app.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability:
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of measurements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundryApps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on its readings.
Termination:
We may suspend or end availability of the app or these terms if you breach them. You can stop using the app at any time; deleting it removes your locally stored data.
Changes to these terms:
We may update these terms; the updated version will be included in an app update with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
