Data used by the app
PulseDash Motorsport uses device location data to provide GPS-based automotive features including Drift Mode, Pulse Chrono, Track Mode and Road Mode. Location data may be used to calculate speed, distance, route traces, lap times and session locations.

The app may also store:

• the driver's first and last name entered by the user;

• vehicle information selected or created by the user;

• photos voluntarily added for custom vehicles;

• performance results, scores, lap times, routes and GPS traces;

• device sensor data used for automotive performance calculations.

Local storage
Most application data is stored locally on the user's device. PulseDash Motorsport does not require a user account and does not operate a developer-hosted cloud database for these session records.

Nearby sharing
PulseDash Motorsport includes an optional Nearby sharing feature. When the user explicitly chooses to send data to another nearby PulseDash Motorsport user, selected performance data, routes, tracks, driver information and vehicle information may be transferred directly between the two devices. Custom vehicle thumbnails may also be included. Such transfers are initiated by the user.

Third-party services
The app uses Google Play Services for device location and Nearby Connections functionality. These services may process device or connection information according to Google's own privacy policies.

Data sharing
PulseDash Motorsport does not sell personal data. Data is not shared with other PulseDash Motorsport users unless the user explicitly initiates or accepts a Nearby transfer.

Data retention and deletion
Data stored locally remains on the device until the user deletes it within the app, deletes the relevant result/route/vehicle where supported, clears the application's data, or uninstalls the application. Data received through Nearby sharing is stored locally on the receiving device until deleted by that user.

Permissions
The app may request location, Bluetooth and nearby-device permissions when required for GPS-based performance features or Nearby sharing.

Children
PulseDash Motorsport is intended for adult users and is not designed for children.

Safety
PulseDash Motorsport is intended for use on closed roads, circuits or private property where appropriate. Users must not interact with the phone while driving.
